1.1. All products sold by FLATROCK GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 17 685 585 522) trading as Flatrock Surf ("we", "us", "our" or the "Company") are covered by a 12-month (365-day limited warranty) from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY
1. Limited Warranty
2. What This Warranty Covers
2.1. This Warranty forms part of, and is subject to the provisions of, our Website Terms of Use (located at https://flatrocksurf.com/pages/terms-of-use).
2.2. This warranty only applies to products purchased directly from us, and only covers material manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:
2.2.1. Seam separation;;
2.2.2. Defective zippers; and
2.2.3. Construction flaws.
2.3. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who can provide valid proof of purchase from us (e.g. order number or receipt).
2.4. Products must be used solely for their intended purpose to be eligible for repair or replacement pursuant to this warranty.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
3.1. This warranty does not cover:
3.1.1. Normal wear and tear;
3.1.2. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions
3.1.3. Damage from prolonged sun exposure;
3.1.4. Cuts from fins, or damage caused by Velcro or leash attachments;
3.1.5. Products that have been altered or modified in any way;
3.1.6. Damage resulting from improper washing or care.
4. Warranty Claim Process
4.1 To make a warranty claim, you must follow the steps below:
4.1.1. Submit a claim contacting our customer service team at info@flatrocksurf.com, including your order number and a description of the issue.
4.1.2. Provide sufficient proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).
4.1.3. Return the product in a clean and completely dry condition.
4.2. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4.3. If the claim is accepted, we will cover the cost of return shipping after repair or replacement.
5.Remedies
5.1. If a valid warranty claim is approved, we, in our sole discretion, will either:
5.1.1. Repair the product; or
5.2.2. Replace it with the same product, or if unavailable, a similar product of similar value.
6. Consumer Rights - Australia Only
6.1. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
6.2. This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Consumer Rights - Outside Australia
7.1. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary depending on your country or state. We do not exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7.2. In some jurisdictions, statutory warranties or minimum warranty periods may apply. This policy does not limit or exclude such rights where they exist.
