Questions

What water temperature is a 1.5mm wetsuit top for?

The Men's 1.5mm Wetsuit Top V2 is made for water of 20°C (68°F) and above. Below 20°C, a 3/2mm steamer such as the Men's 3/2mm Steamer V3 is the better choice, and below 14°C (57°F) you want a 4/3mm steamer with boots.

Wetsuit top or springsuit: which is better for summer?

Both suit water of 20°C and up. A wetsuit top keeps your chest, back and arms warm and goes over your boardshorts, while a springsuit is one piece with short legs. We make wetsuit tops, not springsuits.

Can you wear a wetsuit top over boardshorts?

Yes, that's how it's made to be worn: over boardshorts on the in-between days when a steamer is too much and a rashie isn't enough. A spring-loaded cord lock on the waist drawcord keeps your adjustment where you set it.

What sizes does the wetsuit top come in?

S, M and L. Our model is 183cm and 78kg and wears a size M.
